How it works

From job posting to sent emails in a few minutes.

  1. Get approved and sign in

    Sign in with Google, which shares only your email address. Approved users then connect Gmail so the app can send for them.

  2. Describe the job

    Add the posting link, the company, and the job title.

  3. Add the people

    Enter the company's email format, like first.last@company.com, and the names you found. The app builds each address, and you can edit any of them.

  4. Write once

    Placeholders such as {first} and {company} are filled in for each person. Preview every email before it goes out.

  5. Send from your Gmail

    Emails go out spaced apart, from your own address. Test mode sends everything to you first.

Why Mass Outreach asks for access to your Google account

Everyone who signs in grants the first two permissions. Approved users who connect Gmail also grant the third. Each one is used only for the purpose shown.

What we do and don't do

Send-only access

We request Gmail's send permission only. We never read, search, or store your emails.

You choose every recipient

We don't sell contact lists or send bulk marketing mail. You decide who to contact.

Nothing kept after sending

Your message, recipient list, and resume are used to send and then discarded.
